Accounts Executive

Our clients include Nespresso, L’Oreal, Dior, Chanel, Tag Heuer, Estee Lauder as well as several Ministries of Tourism in the world (Abu Dhabi, Turkey, USA…)

YOUR MISSION:

As a Accounts Executive, you will be in charge of the relationship of the whole agency with influencers/vendors from an administrative point of view, guiding them through our vendor process and addressing their queries. You will be responsible for:

• Oversing the onboarding of new influencer accounts using a Salesforce-based Vendor form (which is the CRM we use for most of the finance in Our Partner)
• Support and solve daily queries for the influencers by understanding them and pointing to the right step of the process 
  • (queries include  -> how to update my VAT number in salesforce? Why isn't my invoice getting accepted? etc...)
• Alerting the finance team in case an issue appears to be serious or to dealt with in French (10% of cases approximately, as the agency is mostly dealing with international influencers and suppliers)
• Validating that received invoices from suppliers in the system are compliant with purchase order and also accounting standards
• Maintaining the supplier database in Salesforce, ensuring homogeneous information, avoiding redundancies, but also making reports on accumulated revenue of suppliers, etc

YOUR PROFILE:

• In this job it is important to be a good communicator as you will be the link between project teams (mostly not versed in finance) / influencers (even less financially versed) / finance team and our external Chartered Accountants 
• You are confident and have excellent written and spoken English skills
• Outstanding knowledge of G Suite (Gmail/Gsheet); knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) is mandatory
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role is important
• Knowledge of accounts and bookkeeping - you may also be in touch with our external CAs regarding various queries such as understanding the nature of services provided, clarifying the currency of the invoice, etc.
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Previous exposure in Travel, Luxury, Fashion, Beauty industries, or influence marketing, is a plus as you will have to deal with top tier influencers from those sectors
