As an Adobe Campaign Technical Architect, you will lead a team of campaign managers and developers from a technical point of view. Having broad knowledge across multiple development platforms you will be assessing customer requirements and architecture to design secure, high-performance technical solutions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for understanding the client requirements and helping the Presales with the demos and presentations.
- Handling multiple Adobe Digital Marketing projects from presales to delivery.
- Delivering technical RFP’s on Adobe Campaign, DWH, CDP’s and Adobe Analytics.
- Building Adobe Campaign, CDP & Analytics practice in Offshore.
- Leading Multi Solution Data Architects Thought leadership COE for data-driven digital marketing experiences.
- Validating the functional and design specification for the new projects.
- Providing technical support, to a team of Leads and developers across geographies for the successful delivery of the projects on Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Target etc…
- Understanding the requirements of the client and design a Database model to store the Data required for building the Data Warehouse/Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Training and Enabling New members on Campaign, CDP, DWH and Analytics.
- Stay up to date on product certification and new releases, and transfer of knowledge to the team.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
- 7+ years of work experience and strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Products for marketing automation.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Campaign architecture/enterprise architecture, systems integration and development, and package implementation, database design and service-oriented solutions.
- Work experience in adobe campaign, solution design and architecture for large, complex implementation
- Experience in Campaign Management strategy and delivery
- Understanding of surrounding digital marketing ecosystem tools and processes including web analytics, web personalization, Adobe marketing cloud etc. is desirable
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices and SDLC including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes and testing
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL, Javascript,API( REST & SOAP) and SSJS.
- Integration of the web services with Adobe Campaign Classic and standard is required.
- Hands-on experience with the journey optimiser is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated understanding of data structures and present analysis in simple and standard format.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS and SQL (Ex: MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of integration of complex Enterprise environments and dynamic cloud services.
- Ability to design and manage API solutions including content contracts and naming conventions. Specifically, the movement of complex and PII data over API, File, ESB, ETL technology for use in Marketing Communication.
- Experience with requirements gathering and working closely with clients and stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors, around their Adobe implementation projects.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- Certified technical architect with a prior experience in the Adobe implementation and Solution Design
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in client lead roles is a plus.
- Adobe Certifications - Adobe Campaign Developer/Adobe Campaign Architect is highly preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Forward thinking, creative, efficient, with a level of business acumen with strong customer focus.
- A strong leader, able to motivate, coach a team and lead a solution to desired outcome.
