The role:
- 100% new business development! Develop, own, and execute a sales strategy for the UK region.
- The role is to be based in London.
- Generate outbound opportunities and follow up on inbound leads to build a sales pipeline.
- Marketing and pre-sales support is provided
- First 6-8 months, manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to opportunity generation, contract negotiation and close. Once you have built a good pipeline you will be able to recruit a BDE to work with you.
- Build and maintain a consistent deal pipeline to the value of € 6 million in new business leads and opportunities.
- Win new multi-year service contracts valued between 500k - 1.5million
- Build a network with tech leaders across mid-large companies in Europe (CTO / CIO / SVP Engineering / Head of Digital / Director of Transformation / Head of Software Development).
- Keep up to date with trends in your territory and within the tech, DevOps, and software product space
- Innovate and add value to the sale process and sales collateral
- Maintain CRM and Database accuracy. Log all activities and actions and stay on top of your pipeline deliverables.

Requirements:
- Track record in delivering high-value deals from scratch
- Skilled at prospecting and initiating conversations with C-level executives in tech companies.
- Comfortable selling F2F and online.
- Experience selling to mid-large and enterprise companies (500+ FTE)
- Experience selling a custom, long-life solution (we are not transactional)
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
