Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development plan to target French markets via direct sales (companies across, France, Switzerland, Belgium and Canada) via a relationship-driven BD approach
- Develop and execute a business development plan to target prospects in your target market.
- Manage the full-sales cycle, from prospecting to opportunity generation and close. ( with the option to hire BDE once the method has proven successful)
- Win new multi-year contracts ( avg deal value €500k)
- Build a consistent deal pipeline value to the value of €5million in new business leads and opportunities
- Build a network with tech leaders across mid-large companies in Europe (CTO / CIO / SVP Engineering / Head of Digital / Director of Transformation / Head of Software Development) and along with your marketing support, become a thought leader in this space.
- Have a proven and creative approach to opportunity generation, that results in successful deal closure.
- Engage with and offer market guidance to the in-house marketing team to request and create custom sales collateral for your territory.
- Maintain CRM and Database accuracy. Log all activities and actions and stay on top of your pipeline deliverables.

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the French tech ecosystem
- Consultative selling experience within customisable services or products environment
- Evidence of success in generating and closing large ticket deals over a 6-12 months sales cycle with a value of €500k - €2.5million (we are not transactional)
- Successful track record closing deals as an individual contributor/quota carrier
- Experienced in the full sales cycle to include lead generation methodologies
- Comfortable selling in person and via video.
- Experience selling to well-funded scale-ups or mid-large / enterprise companies
- Fluent written and spoken French and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Nice to have: Experience with Hubspot and Apollo.io
