Customer Support Executive

Since 2008, we have been helping travel, fashion, luxury and beauty brands create incredible content and stories by collaborating with the world’s most powerful and leading influencers. Our clients include Dubai Tourism, L’Oreal Paris, Dior, Chanel, Swarovski, Cartier.

As our expertise grew, we have built a multicultural team over the world operating in 10 offices that allow us to create creative campaigns that are locally and culturally relevant for each market.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible to assist our customers with technical problems when using our technology Campaygn.com. Our influencer marketing tool has been created in 2015 and we have now more than 50 clients and 1000 active users.

You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicating with customers through various channels (via phone, email or chat)
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Should have 2+ years of experience in a Customer support role in a software product / SAAS company.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Should be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
• Experience working with customers across different time zones are preferred
• Good to have knowledge in online customer engagement platforms and tools

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• You are confident and have excellent written and spoken English skills
• Effectively plan workload & prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines
• Be a clear communicator & negotiator with the ability to influence and work well with a variety of people
• Previous experience in Travel, Luxury, Fashion, Beauty industries is a plus.
• Great Organisational and time management skills are essential
• Experience with PowerPoint / Keynote / Excel is preferred
