As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible to assist our customers with technical problems when using our technology Campaygn.com. Our influencer marketing tool has been created in 2015 and we have now more than 50 clients and 1000 active users.
You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
