We’re looking for a highly motivated Employee Engagement Specialist to join our company.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Employee Engagement Specialist to come on board with us. Your role will be to understand the pulse of the employees and design programs and events to keep them engaged and motivated. You will be the key person in charge of various employee-related programs that are not only aligned with our company vision and values but also fun and entertaining and most importantly inspire our employees to put their best foot forward every day.

As a whole, you will be in charge of keeping monotony out of the workplace with regular fun and interactive programs to ultimately improve our employees' performance and productivity

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design employee engagement programs and initiatives through our Employee Engagement charter that support Organisational goals and culture

• Strategise, design and implement a sustainable employee engagement plan through initiatives such as internal sports tournaments, competitions, happy hours, hobby workshops, wellness activities, employee caring, festivals at office, CSR and other activities.
• Drive engagement for the internal office employees through calendarized plan across the year to ultimately foster and promote a culture of excellence
   
• Manage internal communications channels scenes(i.e. Town Halls /all hands connect/R&R etc..) that facilitate and fuel our company’s connection to our mission values.
• Champion employee communication strategies across the employee lifecycle for better engagement and employee participation
• Liaising with external vendors, evaluating event proposals, forecasting expenses, conducting cost-benefit analysis, etc.
• Collaborate with the department heads and drive the yearly/monthly feedback surveys or action planning based on reports from surveys.
• Responsible for ensuring content consistency of messages and alignment to overall company and HR strategy
• Ability to think critically and go the extra mile towards solving problems, design projects, budgets and proposals, timelines, and creative design to increase employee engagement and sustain the employee culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4-5 years of solid experience in strategizing and implementing effective, results-oriented employee engagement initiatives/events for employees.
• A people person and curious about workplace culture, diversity, and the employee experience. Sensitivity to detail, creative thinking ability, and well-developed people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data savvy with good analytical skills, and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
• Thrives in a fast-moving, Extrovert, high-energy, and highly collaborative environment.
• Liaison with CHOs, Stakeholders to stay informed and aware of organisational initiatives and identify areas where additional engagement initiative is needed and develop a plan to meet those needs.
• Serve as project point person on specific segments of employee engagement and communications programs, to ensure all engagement programs are successfully implemented
• Ability to articulate and champion the key business drivers and ROI of employee engagement
• Excellent listening, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships and build influence with people internally and externally.
