We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager (France). This is a very strategic position where you will report directly to the CMO and grow our presence in French and English-speaking regions.
Responsibilities
- Create and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing initiatives for French and English-speaking markets, and manage execution that promotes our services
- Create a field marketing strategy aligned with the overall department’s goals, vision, and strategy
- Drive campaigns and manage the localization and development of the content in French and English, including localisation of the website, landing pages, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, webinars, and more; and collaborating with the creative team and freelancers.
- Select and manage the regional event, speaking opportunities, and partnerships
- Plan and execute outbound campaigns within the region
- Set up new lead-generation channels through 3rd party collaborations and account-based marketing
- Develop thought leadership campaigns
- Develop partnerships with local PR agencies, data research entities, and manage IT media relations in terms of executing campaigns
- Support inbound marketing activities: nurturing existing leads in Hubspot, setting up workflows and managing lead lifecycle in Hubspot
- Be an advocate for the sales region you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities
- Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers and writers, to execute your marketing regional campaigns
- Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Measure and report on their effectiveness
- Support and collaborate and report to the Chief Marketing Officer
Requirements
Must have:
- Native French is a must
- Advanced command over written and spoken English
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing in the French and/or international markets
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing and inbound marketing
- Knowledge about popular SEO Tools (keyword research tools, web analytics, Google search console, and internal reporting tools)
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipelines through regional marketing.
- Self-starter mentality
- Extremely detail-oriented and organised
- You share our values, and you’re able to follow them
- Experience supporting sales teams
Nice to have:
- Prior experience with HubSpot will be a plus
- Experience with outbound marketing tools such as Apollo or Woodpecker will be a plus
- Experience in Account Based Marketing
- A passion and substantial understanding of the IT industry
