Our market leading software and services help legal related organisations conquer their eDiscovery, Litigation and Admin needs. We do this by providing a powerful SaaS platform with world-class support and engagement teams that help hundreds of law firms across the country manage large data sets, identify relevant information via AI and complex searches, and organise evidence to build compelling arguments to support their clients’ interests. 

Our Partner is venturing into International markets and is opening a new branch in Bangalore, India to be able to meet the growing clients demand. 

As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for implementing the user facing components of features  within the Our Partner software. You will combine the art of design with the science of programming. You will be responsible for the translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code. There are times you will be expected to work independently to meet tight deadlines following design guidelines. You are design-focused, detail-oriented and organized. You enjoy the challenge(s) of working with multiple teams and multiple projects. You are curious, with an urgency to grow personally and professionally and aspire to combine usability with visual design

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop new user facing features.
• Work with back-end engineers and UI developers to improve usability while maintaining brand consistency and high quality graphic standards.
• Write reusable code and libraries.
• Enhance application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Validate input before submitting to the back end.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual codeWork with Backend engineers and UI developers to improve usability while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality graphic standards.

Key Requirements for this Role:

• 3+ years of experience working with React, Redux, HTML5 and CSS.
• 1+ years of prior experience with SQL is mandatory.
• Knowledge and application of web development best practices.
• Experience with MAC and OSX development environments.
• Proficient in Git and Bitbucket.
• Proficient understanding of web markup.
• Possess proficiency in Javascript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS. 
• Prior experience with AWS is desirable. 
• Node.js is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile development and Rails framework is plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks.
