Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and iterating on customer-facing interfaces. You will work closely with our UI/UX team, bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. You will take an active role on both sides to define how the application looks, feels, and responds.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• You’re a self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through from conception to completion.
• Work closely with the backend developers to communicate with RESTful Web APIs.
• Work closely with UX and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Delivering quality applications/features built using modern React.js
• Create documentation for future reference and support using Confluence
• Participate in Agile Scrum activities, including daily Stand-Ups, Sprint planning, Reviews, and retrospective meetings.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in building and scaling front-end applications with React.js
• Experience in Next.js, Tailwind CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+) will be an added advantage. 
• Prior experience in working with module bundlers (Vite, Webpack, or Next.js built in)
• Should have experience with state management tools (Redux/Redux Toolkit, Redux-Saga, Redux-Observable)
• Should have experience in translating UI/UX design wireframes to actual code.
• Using tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and GitLab as an integrated CI/CD service.
• Prior working experience with Unit Testing tools in React Testing Library (Jest)

Special Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Functional knowledge in the Finance domain will be an added advantage.
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
• Ability to work and communicate clearly and efficiently with team members, with a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks.
