We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help build The Scalers’ brand. Reporting to the Creative Director, working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and People & Culture Teams, you will be responsible for designing assets for marketing channels and managing photography sessions in our office in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities:

• Working on employer branding and marketing projects - designing graphic assets for digital channels: illustrations, infographics, banners, social media posts, ads, emails, presentations, etc.
• Managing photography sessions, maintaining and managing photography equipment
• Developing The Scalers' employer brand and supporting our partners' brands
• Actively participating in brainstorming to ensure marketing design and strategy are on message
• Being a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and high standards across all properties and collateral, collaborating closely with the creative  director
• Collaborating with other departments and internal stakeholders, including HR and Partner Success Team, and supporting them in efforts for our partner's employer branding, onboarding, and more.

Requirements for the role:

• 3+ years of design experience working on brand and marketing design initiatives
• Interest in photography
• A strong understanding of the visual aesthetics of various channels
• Strong attention to detail
• Photo manipulation skills
• Proactive, positive attitude, constructive communication, and a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team
• Demonstrable knowledge of software: Adobe CC (Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Fluent in spoken and written English: we're an international team and communicate in English daily.
• Comfortable working from the office and interacting daily with different stakeholders
• Excited about being part of the international, multicultural, and diverse culture: Our team is spread between Europe and India, and the multicultural aspect of our company is our strength.
