Role & Responsibilities
As our Head of Marketing, you will be working with our incredibly talented creative teams to help us build a continuous pipeline of leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of our model, our target market and our customer base
- Conduct market and customer research to ideate on campaigns, messaging and continuously refine our brand positioning
- Take ownership for the performance of all our lead sources: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO
- Manage and deliver high-profile marketing campaigns, content and initiatives (e.g. production of ebooks, ads, email campaigns for various markets, landing pages, coordinating photoshoots and video production, overseeing website development, presentations, events)
- Own our project and marketing roadmap to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, overseeing the workflow of our creative team by aligning tasks with business priorities and deadlines.
- Prepare detailed project briefs and provide feedback for improvements
- Analyse campaign performance, prepare regular reports and adjust strategies based on insights (e.g. reducing/increasing investments on specific campaigns or geographies)
- Manage a multidisciplinary team across Krakow and Bangalore (designers, copywriters, SEO/SEM specialists, marketing ops) and work alongside our Advisory team as your key stakeholder
- Source and coordinate external vendors (e.g. video production, photography, print, etc.)
- Oversee marketing budget and optimise spending for maximum ROI
Your Profile
- Experience in B2B marketing, including overseeing demand generation, within the tech or IT services industry
- Strong experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (budget €100k+ p/a)
- Deep understanding of SEO strategies with provable ranks achieved in current role
- Strong knowledge of inbound marketing strategies
- Proven experience in customer/user research
- Experience managing and growing a team, ideally in a cross-cultural context
- Analytical, performance-driven with excellent reporting skills.
- Nice to have: experience working with HubSpot
- Last but not the least, ability to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table (…without ChatGPT ;))
