We are looking for a Quality Manager - HR with good knowledge of technology and software, and a background in technical training or consulting. S/he should be an excellent communicator and a resourceful IT professional, leveraging his/her technical knowledge to help build world-class software, development teams. 
This is a cross-functional role, that requires coordination with different business units such as Account Management, Sales, and Talent Acquisition. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Quality Team that consists of technical coordinators and pre-interviewers to ensure the highest level of quality in candidates during the recruitment
• Work with our Clients to understand technical strategies of our clients (technologies, projects, resources, tools and development methodologies) and create the validation process accordingly
• Create the content, technical documentations and keep them updated on regular intervals. 
• Coordinate with the Account Management team and assist in setting-up the recruitment process, scheduling, and document that in Notion. 
• Provide technical training for our teams and ensure adherence to high standards of coding and development best practices 
• Conduct both technical interviews and pre-interviews with prospective candidates to determine their fit as required
• Build a strong network across the IT community in Bangalore by attending networking events, meetups and conferences
• Stay up to date on new technologies, languages, and frameworks
• Assist in pre-sales by answering technical questions from prospective partners and qualifying JDs with the Sales Team 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

• 7+ years of experience in technical training or consulting
• A problem-solver with a high level of self-confidence 
• Good understanding of programming and algorithmics 
• Impeccable written and spoken English communication
• Interview skills with the ability to screen for both technical and behavioural qualities
• Strong interest in the IT industry and the ability to learn technologies faster. 
• Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
