We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative Software Development Engineers (SDE) who thrive on designing and delivering impactful solutions with a focus on the end-user experience. Joining our dynamic team, you will:

• Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and deliver innovative products and services.
• Design and implement reusable frameworks and solutions using low-code platforms to accelerate development and improve scalability.
• Decompose designs into granular, actionable tasks, estimate effort, and ensure alignment with requirements through clear and well-documented plans.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a key role in driving technology and innovation within our global organization while putting the user at the centre of every decision.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy innovative, low-code solutions and frameworks that enhance operational efficiency.
• Apply creative problem-solving to refine and improve existing systems.
• Document designs, decisions, and development outcomes to support knowledge sharing and alignment.
• Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent field.
• Recent graduate (January 2023 onwards) with 70%+ aggregate in their degree (preferably no backlogs).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, data modelling, and schema design.
• Proficient in one or more of the following: SQL, .Net, JavaScript.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external customers.
• A positive attitude, a passion for learning, and a drive to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
