Key Responsibilities

1. Designs, develops, indexes, and maintains process and HR technical documentation.
2. Lead the process review in conjunction with Department Heads and central HR teams and play a contributing role in the wider Project Team (HR, ScaleSmart, ISO)
3. Monitors end-user feedback, process changes and systems development efforts to facilitate continuous improvement and documentation.
4. Analyzes business processes with subject matter experts. Identifies and documents new processes. Promotes the use of technology tools to support continued efficiency and improvement in departmental processes.
5. Maintains online content, including coordinating, updating and maintaining user interfaces, documenting processes and policies.
6. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders/SME’s at different levels across the organization
7. Audit processes to understand any gaps and their impact on the business. This includes KPI measurement, data analysis and reports
8. Implement improvements based on the priority of largest impact on business
9. Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters
10. Initiate training and development for internal staff as needed

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations focused on SoP, Processes, quality improvement.
• Excellent human relations skills and ability to assist and obtain the support of others
• Takes initiatives and can work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication ENGLISH skills
• A motivated and lively character who inspires others to do their best
• Ability to work well in a multicultural team
