We seek an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition candidate with a strong background in the IT consulting industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in end-to-end IT recruitment and experience leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. You will work closely with team members to set and monitor their targets while contributing as an individual.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and executing an effective sourcing, assessment, and selection strategy to hire for our corporate functions
- Leading, developing, and managing a team of Talent Recruiter, Sourcers, and Coordinators.
- Devising new, innovative approaches to recruitment outreach and selection processes of top-tiered talent for all open positions
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on driving efficiencies and improvements by utilising technology, tools, and data
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team by contributing to the design, evolution, and reimagining of hiring.
- Building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers across our enterprise, including Executive leadership
- Maintaining and supporting evaluation metrics to measure our recruitment achievements and to help us refine our recruitment processes
- Partnering with Leaders and HRBPs to determine and properly scope our hiring needs;
- Communicating our network culture and design in a compelling way
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment within the IT consulting industry is essential.
- 5+ years of experience leading, motivating, and managing a team of recruiters.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Should have experience in process documentation (preferable in Notion)
- Prior experience in IT startup hiring will be desirable.
- A strong understanding of the IT industry, product-based tech stacks, and job boards is a must.
- Expertise in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, specifically for niche and super-niche roles.
- Proven experience in market mapping and pricing is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Prior experience in setting up the TA process will be an added advantage.
