In this journey of growth, we are scouting for Manager—Training & Development. As a custodian of training and development, your goal will be to inculcate a culture of learning within the organization such that everyone has an opportunity to grow. You will have to identify skill gaps among employees and create plans to bridge these gaps so that organizational objectives are met.

You must be passionate about understanding the expectations of people from the company and how to align them with the training programs. We want you to design interactive, fun, and innovative programs to engage people. The idea should NOT be JUST to improve their skills for their job role and internal promotions but also to invest in their overall career development.

Ultimately, your training and development programs will be designed keeping in mind the company’s vision and will accelerate employees’ performance leading up to the company's growth.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help the company meet its objectives by developing and implementing high-impact learning and development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
• Establish a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities and how to design learning and development programs to address them.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
• Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions if and when applicable.
• Managing the Learning & Development Framework and budget.
• Collating feedback on completed training modules to evaluate and measure results and evaluate their effectiveness and impact
• Defining and leading programs focused on continuous improvement and career development of employees
• Implement various forms of learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) according to requirements.
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
• Track and manage training budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest learning trends and technologies to enhance training offerings.

 SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 8 years experience in the field of training and development
• Minimum 5 years experience in designing corporate Training & Development programs, especially for IT-based companies
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, psychology, human resources or a related field
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional business acumen to align company needs with employee expectations
• Experience in delivering training both in online and offline mode of a minimum of 6 years
• Experience in formulating effective training calendars and budgeting
• Experience in working across different Learning Management Systems (LMS) software and e-learning platforms.
• Passion for mentoring and managing a team toward excellence
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
