Onboarding Senior Analyst

Our team employs more than 200 professionals, with the business monitoring over 3,000 private market funds and 40,000+ holdings, we are setting up our operations in Bangalore and we are seeking creative and proactive professionals to help us define the future of our technology.

As an Onboarding Senior Analyst, you must be experienced in data mapping and data migration. You will work across multiple client onboarding project teams in a hands-on technical capacity. You will be responsible for analysing large client data sets, transforming, migrating and reconciling transactional and static data.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Have a clear understanding on complex fund structures and relevant legal documents to be able to gather requirements for data migration
• Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting
• Support testing activities in relation to validation of migration processes and data
• Work with systems & data governance to ensure internal controls are implemented and data integrity is maintained
• Communicate status, risks, and progress on an ongoing basis to the project team
• Must be able to quickly pick up new concepts and skills and apply them in daily job activities
• Confident in communicating clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Forward thinking and passionate about solving problems, bringing innovative ideas to the attention of our clients and team and willing to embrace change
• Being able to work independently under pressure 
  
   

Key requirement for this role:

• 2+ years of experience in Financial industries
• Degree in a numerate discipline is preferable
• Strong understanding of Private Equity is an added advantage
• Experience working with any relevant accounting standards (e.g. US, UK, Lux GAAP) would be desirable
• Proven experience in data migration and data reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proven experience of working with advanced Excel formulas and functions such as If Statements, SumIFs is desirable
• Knowledge on PowerBI, SSRS, and FIA would be preferable
• GL accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
• Experience of determining and documenting solutions and processes
• Ability to comprehend and simplify complex concepts to help influence decisions
• Methodical and logical approach to problem solving
• Confident with managing Internal stakeholders, to a senior level. Influencing change and engagement, and well versed in reporting and presenting
