We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. This is a very strategic position where you will report directly to the CMO.
Performance Marketing Manager
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising B2B paid marketing campaigns across Google and LinkedIn in APAC, US and EU regions. In addition to managing these campaigns, the role includes overseeing a team of two marketing professionals, managing leads through HubSpot, and ensuring alignment with both the creative and sales teams, and providing reports of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and has a proven track record of driving measurable growth through paid media. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and analytical skills to drive the business forward.
Key responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage B2B performance marketing campaigns to generate leads across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create comprehensive media plans that align with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Identify target audiences and develop comprehensive audience segments for tailored marketing strategies.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Demonstrate proficiency with Google Sheets formulas, pivot tables, and Looker Studio for data analysis and reporting.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise current and future campaigns.
- Utilise tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Analyse the performance of various creatives and prepare reports and guidelines for creative team and management
- Optimization and Testing:
- Conduct A/B tests, optimise campaigns using performance data, and monitor conversion tracking to maximise ROI and improve effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the creative team and other marketing team members to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance and strategies.
- HubSpot Lead Management and Sales Alignment:
- Monitor and oversee the lead nurturing process of leads generated from marketing
- Utilise HubSpot to ensure proper lead scoring, segmentation, workflows and automation to streamline lead management and ensure timely communication
- Monitor proper lead allocation to sales teams and work with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up strategies.
- Monitor and report on lead conversion rates and pipeline progress, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Help build comprehensive marketing and sales dashboards
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in performance marketing efforts.
Requirements for the role:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a digital agency or in-house marketing team (ideally B2B marketing).
- Proven track record of managing and optimising B2B paid media campaigns across multiple channels on international markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and others.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, focusing on lead management and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets formulas, creating pivot tables and dashboards on Google Sheet, Looker Studio for advanced data visualisation and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
