Roles and Responsibilities

As a Mid-level Developer, you will help our product development team based out of Bangalore. You will be in charge of...

• Overseeing our technical strategy and ramping up our R&D and Software Engineering operations.
• Developing the product and leading the implementation of our large-scale products based on 
  Symfony 2.
• Managing, coordinate and supporting your team while working alongside our managers in France to set-up robust project management processes to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Leading strategic planning to achieve our business goals. You will have to identify and prioritize development initiatives, set timetables for evaluation, development, and deployment.
• Ensuring constant technology watch on innovative technologies in our industry.
• You would travel to France on business trips to meet with your colleagues in Paris and ensure a great coordination between both teams.

Skills and Competencies

• You have extensive knowledge of PHP and solid experience in Symfony 2 and the development of enterprise applications. Bonus point if you know about Linux!
• You have previously worked as a Chief Technical Officer, Technical Leader or Software Architect or Software Developer, where you successfully handled complex projects.
• You are highly motivated, detail-oriented and autonomous.
