We’re seeking a highly motivated prescreener to join our prescreening interview team.

In this role, you will conduct the prescreening interview before the technical round, acting as the first quality and culture gate in the hiring process. Your responsibility will be to evaluate candidates on their technical fundamentals, communication skills, professional experience, and cultural alignment before progressing them to the technical interview stage.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Partner Success, and Technical teams to ensure that only candidates who meet the required technical expectations and demonstrate a strong communication and collaboration mindset move forward in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prescreening interviews prior to the technical round to evaluate candidates on technical fundamentals, project experience, and communication skills.
• Assess cultural fit, collaboration mindset, and learning attitude to ensure candidates align with role and team expectations.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by clearly communicating role expectations and building strong candidate relationships.
• Prepare and maintain screening scripts and interview frameworks, refining them based on feedback and hiring needs.
• Provide clear and structured interview feedback, maintaining accurate documentation of candidate evaluations and outcomes.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements, maintain screening frameworks, and improve the quality of candidates progressing to technical interviews.
