Roles and responsibilities:
As a Product Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our proprietary platform, a cutting-edge solution developed in-house that powers every aspect of our operations, from recruitment to reporting, budgeting, invoicing and more.
- Translate the needs and pain points of users and partners into a well-prioritized product roadmap, balancing feature requests against commercial goals and user analytics
- Meet with internal users, external partners and business stakeholders through structured processes to understand pain points and gather useful, valuable requirements
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to prioritise feature requests based on value delivered versus effort required, ensuring customer-centric product evolution
- Collaborate with UI/UX team members for research sessions to gather and analyse user data, informing the backlog and day-to-day product decisions
- Support the design of the product experience in close partnership with UX designers, ensuring user needs are central to product design
- Work closely with development teams to own the product backlog, focusing on existing platform enhancements, bug fixes and tech debt while defining sprint goals for efficient and regular delivery
- Define and monitor OKRs, KPIs and KRIs of the product team to assess feature performance and drive strategic decisions for future product enhancements
- Maintain accurate and relevant reporting and documentation, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams
- Actively promote new product features and advancements within the organisation to ensure staff awareness and strong adoption
- Define staffing needs, manage the development process, ensure quality control and grow your team to meet evolving product demands
- Provide regular updates to leadership on key product metrics, including usage, impact and return on investment, to inform strategic decisions
Key Requirements:
- Over 6 years in product management, driving feature development from concept to delivery within PM frameworks
- Skilled in creating personas, writing and mapping stories and defining minimum marketable features/minimum viable products to streamline product launches
- Demonstrated expertise in product strategy, requirement definition and result tracking, with a strong focus on delivering first-class, user-loved software
- Solid background in web app or software development, with a preference for B2B or subscription-based models, underpinned by a strong UX sensibility and high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage priorities effectively, leveraging industry-standard tools like Jira, Miro and Plandek for backlog management and reporting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating compelling messaging strategies and presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences (interfacing successfully with C-level and entry-level users)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable using data and metrics to guide product decisions and justify features, complemented by a robust problem-solving capability.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels of seniority, including working with remote and distributed teams
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, stake projects on time, with the ability to navigate technical issues, assess risks and provide technical guidance to a development team.
- Must have experience working on and successfully delivering design-forward projects for European and Indian userbase
- Action-oriented, enthusiastic, analytical, organised and customer-centric, able to lead under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
