The Role:
- As an SDR at The Scalers, your goal is to generate a pipeline through strong selling and influencing skills and set up re-qualified appointments for your regional BDM.
- SDR role is based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand The Scalers unique value proposition and be able to articulate this in a way that peeks curiosity.
- High-level understanding of pricing and customer use cases to be able to provide a high-level introduction.
- Follow up on MQL leads with the aim of converting these to SQL and booked meetings.
- Manage response and follow up with outbound email campaigns with the aim of qualifying leads to BANT level and booking a qualified meeting.
- Conduct best practices with email, phone, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and Lusha.
- Nurture existing pipeline to generate revenue.
- Work with marketing and internal research team to build a list of targetable accounts and contacts to work through a marketing campaign and engage in a multi-touch outbound approach.
- Identify decision-makers within our target companies and find warm talking points to be able to introduce our solution to meet a potential need.
- Structure your daily activities and be accountable for all follow-up actions.
- Maintain CRM and Database accuracy. Log all activities and actions and stay on top of your pipeline deliverables.
- Ensure monthly KPIs are achieved and opportunity generation goals are achieved.
You’re a good fit if you have:
- 4+ years of outbound sales/ SDR (with a good understanding of the technology landscape or experience in the outsourcing/offshoring industry).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator and other lead-generation tools.
- Motivated, self-starter attitude and hungry to succeed.
