We are looking for an established Sales Lead with business development experience. Initially, you will be required to perform a full 360-degree sales cycle (with the help of our internal research team) Once your market is transacting you will be allocated an SDR profile to continue to work with you on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research target market and build a list of target accounts ( with the help of our internal research team) as per our target personas.
- Use social media and subscription-based databases to build lists in addition to the ones provided. Re-define existing data and filter into top target book of business
- Build and execute a strategy around how you intend to engage with your BOB
- Implement an actionable outbound strategy to include cold emailing, cold-calling, social selling, and any other lead generation techniques as a way of warming up your territory.
- Once established, work with you assigned SDR on lead generation ideas and target markets, CRM and Database management.
- Develop a sales strategy to form meaningful relationships with C-suit, CTO’s, CIO’s heads of engineering, SVP engineering, Head of Development, and Head of Product.
- Leverage a partnership network and find suitable referral partners to held drive lead flow
- Be responsible for the full sales cycle until handover to the account management team.
- Achieve and exceed allocated goals
- Track all activities in CRM / Database
- It is vital that you connect easily with new clients over the phone as well as in person.
Requirements:
- Native French speaker with experience selling to the French Market
- Fluent in English
- 4-6 years of professional experience either selling to CTO / CIO or within the consultancy, tech, financial services, or offshoring/outsourcing industry.
