Salesforce CRM Specialist

It provides data and marketing technology solutions for businesses invested in providing better customer experiences.

Already having strong roots in the Australian region, Our Partner is now looking to expand rapidly across the globe. We already have a team in Bangalore and are looking to increase the headcount rapidly! As such, we are seeking highly-skilled, professional and committed people who understand the importance of our service to customers.

As a Salesforce CRM Specialist, you are responsible for understanding business requirements and assessing customer’s needs to design, secure and deliver world-class Salesforce applications for CRM requirements. You will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.
• Manage Salesforce CRM roles, profiles, sharing rules, automations, permissions and groups.
• Assist with building campaigns and email lists for marketing, events and outreach activities.
• Perform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene, duplicate management, and system diagnostic tests. Validate data in Salesforce CRM and serve as a point of contact for reporting, form management, and integrations.
• Design, prepare, verify and update business reports that provide actionable business intelligence for meetings, outreach, and senior management.
• Provide CRM onboarding, training, and support to end-users as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, releases and upgrades, and propose and implement CRM enhancements.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• 4 years of extensive hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of mavensMate or eclipse.
• Knowledge of NPSP instances and models would be a plus.
• Lightning Aura exposure would be a plus.
• Having prior experience in the marketing domain is beneficial.
• Ability to manage and implement API solutions is good to have.
• Knowledge of Architectural concepts including design patterns, database design and service oriented solutions would be highly considered.
• Good communication skills, ability to research and willingness to learn new concepts.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
