As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you are responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the Marketing automation teams to utilise the Marketing Cloud platform.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand business requirements and delivering high quality technical solutions
• Build triggered sends, journeys, automations, and landing pages
• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
• Liaise with CX team to execute client campaigns
• Proactively identify issues or opportunities to enhance client outcomes
• Develop your skills as part of an innovative team delivering best practice Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• At least 3 years’ experience as email developer/technical resource on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform is strongly preferred:
  • Experience in Email studio, Mobile connect, Journey builder (Journeys & Automations), Contact builder.
  • All kind of automation activities
• Understanding business requirements, creating specifications, designing marketing journeys and email templates, developing campaigns and managing end to end delivery
• Basic knowledge (able to read and understand) at front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript
• Good experience with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model
• Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP)
• Good to have certification on 'Marketing Cloud Email Specialist', Marketing Cloud Admin, 'Marketing Cloud Consultant' & Marketing Cloud Developer. 
• Experience in Third party integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud system will be good to have
• Salesforce Development/Customizations (Lightning Aura, LWC APEX) is a plus.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with enterprise-scale systems is a major plus.
• Having prior experience in the marketing domain is highly beneficial.
• Willing to learn implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Javascript (SSJS)
