Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of our products or solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with support and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments, integrations, and onboarding. 

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Strengthen our application and environment security, applying standards and best practices and providing tooling to make development workflows more secure.
• Create, maintain, and iterate on our CI/CD processes for new and existing services.
• Increase the sophistication of our alerting and escalation mechanisms.
• Help increase system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability.
• Propose, scope, design, and implement various infrastructure architectures.
• Work collaboratively with multiple agile teams to help deliver end-to-end products and features, seeing them through from conception to delivery.
• Help define, document, and evolve high engineering standards and best practices across multiple areas.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in a DevOps / SRE role working directly with developers.
• Expertise in AWS cloud administration, including services such as ALB, ELB, Aurora, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM and Security Groups.
• Experience working with Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tooling, including GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD, as well as automation scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Experience with any monitoring tools, such as Datadog, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Strong understanding of VPCs, NATs, Firewalls and Peering.
• Experience working on high-traffic, international systems.

Special Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Functional knowledge in the Finance domain will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work and communicate clearly and efficiently with team members, with a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks.
