We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Our ideal candidate is a creative mind with a strong writing background.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and initiate digital and content marketing campaigns to the needs of a regional sales team.
- Create and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing programs and manage execution that promotes our services
- Select and manage the regional event and campaign strategy
- Plan and execute outbound campaigns within the region
- Develop thought leadership campaigns throughout the content and promote it through events, partnerships, videos, email campaigns, etc.
- Develop partnerships with PR agencies, data research entities, and manage IT media relations in terms of executing campaigns.
- Support inbound marketing activities in terms of nurturing existing leads in Hubspot, setting up workflows and managing lead lifecycle in Hubspot
- Create a field marketing strategy for English-speaking markets (the US, UK + Ireland, Benelux, Australia + New Zealand) aligned with the overall department’s goals, vision, and strategy.
- Be an advocate for the sales region you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities.
- Collaborate with the creative team including graphic designers, writers, in terms of executing your marketing regional campaigns.
- Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on their effectiveness.
- Support and collaborate and report to the Chief Marketing Officer
Requirements
- Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Exemplary communication skills. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to write exquisite content in English
- Self-starter mentality
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.

- A passion and substantial understanding of the IT industry
- Experience with supporting sales teams
- Experience in B2B IT company
- Past experience running marketing to develop the US and/or UK & Ireland, EMEA will be a plus
- Experience with Hubspot
- Experience with outbound marketing tools such as Apollo or Woodpecker will be a plus
