Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular 6+.
• Work closely with the back-end developer to communicate with RESTful APIs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Establish processes and best practices around front-end development standards

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular 6+.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors such as LESS and SASS/SCSS
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Secondary skills: Bootstrap, CSS animations, versioning system (GIT, SVN)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a great plus
• Ability to work and communicate clearly and efficiently with team members.
• Experience with enterprise-scale systems a major plus

Special Requirements for the Role

• 6+ years experience in frontend development
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• You must have completed successful projects mixing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular 6+.
