Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with a frontend focus to drive the development of high-quality, user-centric web applications. You’ll own frontend architecture, set implementation standards, and lead a team to deliver performant, scalable solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• You’re a self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through from conception to completion.
• Contributing to the technical conversations, understanding, and translating business needs from Product owners and other key stakeholders into technical requirements and implementations
• You will "own" features/tasks and are responsible for working with the team in scoping development and appropriate testing.
• Delivering quality applications/features built using modern React 18
• Using tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bitbucket Pipelines as an integrated CI/CD service
• Create documentation for future reference and support using Confluence
• Participate in Agile SCRUM activities such as daily Standup, Sprint planning, Reviews, and retrospective meetings.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in building and scaling front-end applications with React18 and React Hooks. 
• 3+ years of experience in Next.js, Tailwind CSS/SCSS, JavaScript(ES6+) and Typescript. 
• 2+ years of experience working with AWS. 
• Prior working experience with Unit Testing tools in React Testing Library (Jest). 
• Prior experience in working with module bundlers (Vite, Webpack, or Next.js built in)
• Prior Experience with state management tools (Redux/Redux Toolkit, Redux-Saga, Redux-Observable)
• Prior Experience with data fetching libraries (React Query / TanStack Query) and testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library)
• Experience with version control systems (Git/Bitbucket) is mandatory.
• Experience in CI/CD, automating builds and tests using Bitbucket Pipelines is mandatory. 
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of any backend technology is desirable. 
• Knowledge of Design, UI/UX and WebSocket communication patterns is desirable.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker is desirable.
