As a Full Stack Developer, you will work with application and technical architects to translate a business need into a robust and integrated technology solution. You will be working in a fast-paced environment solving unique and challenging software problems and developing innovative solutions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the design and development of our core web applications using service-oriented architecture exposing APIs for internal and external clients
• Implement architecture and design patterns to help ensure that systems scale
• Establish processes and best practices around development  and security standards
• Review product requirements in order to give development estimates and product feedback
• Motivate and lead your team to build world-class products that meet our stringent standards

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Experience leading a SCRUM sized team and providing active technical counsel
• Experience of enterprise-grade web application development using C# / .NET, HTML, CSS, JS.
• Experience building service-oriented architecture, web services, MVC, and Web APIs.
• Experience in MSSQL, .Net Core and Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design
• Produce innovative technical design and technical specifications.
• Ability to work and communicate clearly and efficiently with team members.
• Experience working with cloud environments will be an added advantage.
• A proponent of continuous integration, unit testing, and automation

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• 6+ years of experience in software development 
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with enterprise-scale systems is a major plus.
• Mandatory experience working in an Agile environment (SCRUM certification a major plus)
