We are seeking an independent professional to join our People & Culture team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
HR:
- Owning and executing the management of HR and admin operations for The Scalers’ remote team across European countries
- Working with The Scalers’ Bangalore HR function to unify business policies across European teams located in different countries (Ireland, Poland, Romania) and to drive and create a corporate culture across these teams.
- HR Duties/filing in a variety of HR documents
- Assist EU department Head with HR-related support
Admin:
- Performing any other ad-hoc administrative duties. Coordinating documentation related to employees’ benefits.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities with the EU senior leadership team.
- Maintaining employee and company data in our systems.
- Setting up and managing cooperation with contractors, external vendors and cooperatives (such as venues, travel agencies, retreat organisers, printing houses etc.)
- Preparing employee contracts and advertising new profiles on various channels.
People and Culture:
- Focus on aligning The Scalers’ culture across the whole European team
- Managing calendar of employee birthdays, work anniversaries etc. and deploying gifts and handling celebrations plans.
- Planning employees’ travels and managing booking arrangements.
- Assisting in organising company events.
YOUR PROFILE
- Advanced level of English is a must
- Very strong organisational skills
- Able to work independently and create your own schedule
- Ready to get your hands dirty and take over a new division
- Eager to work with creative, international, diverse teams
- Experience in working remotely and working with international teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to communicate and apply corporate cultural values
