We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to support the execution of the end-to-end implementation of our products or solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with customers, product, support, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments, integrations, and onboarding.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, Product management, and the product software delivery teams to analyse user needs and functional requirements.
- Creating artefacts, including user stories, Product Backlog Items, specification or support documents, process flows and carrying out related admin tasks
- Support end-to-end technology and data implementations, including PaaS platforms, integrations, and reporting solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, virtual sessions, and presentations to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Liaising with Software Engineers, Project Managers, QA team, UX team and other stakeholders during various stages of the Project.
- You should possess a high level of professionalism, cultural awareness, and confidence when interacting with clients.
- Document requirements, processes, and solutions using tools like Confluence, ensuring clarity and traceability for future reference.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience as an Implementation Consultant.
- Prior work experience at a Big 4 consultancy (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) or equivalent tier-one consulting/financial companies.
- Strong Business Analysis toolkit, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, process mapping, and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in technology and data implementations, ideally within financial services, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy projects.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts (data pipelines, APIs, integrations, reporting) into clear business requirements.
- Proficiency in business process modelling (BPMN, UML, swimlane diagrams).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Basic exposure to SQL (if you have development experience, then it’s a plus).
