Senior Mobile Developer - IOS

Our Partner is a specialist division of a multi-award-winning global financial services group established in 1996, with over 1,300 employees in over 33 offices worldwide, providing payroll and tax services to organisations and individuals in over 100 countries every day. Our product and software innovation centre is based in Varna Bulgaria and is home to the team leading the future of our technology platform

We are looking for an iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Your primary focus will be the development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Should have experience in developing native iOS applications (Swift/Obj-c)
• Proficient in design patterns like MVC, MVVM, MVP, VIPER
• Highly Proficient in writing quality code, SOLID principles, protocol-oriented
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Solid understanding of different CI/CD technologies
• You should be proficient with memory management, manual and automatic. 
• Experience with all the different steps of the testing pyramid
• Good understanding of security principles and secure coding

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• 4+ years of experience in iOS development. Ideally, you've had some experience building a mobile app from scratch or contributing to open-source libraries.
• Extensive experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record supporting the delivery of high-quality products efficiently and effectively.
• Be a self-starter, a problem solver, with a positive attitude and have great attention to detail
• Excellent Communication, Leadership and Motivational skills.
• Experience working with onshore/offshore product development teams is a significant plus.
