Senior Salesforce Developer

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the development of an internal Salesforce application for our sales, service and marketing departments.  This key internal platform is in the early stages of development and the successful candidate will have an opportunity to shape the technical solution.  We are also looking to develop a customer-facing Salesforce app to be deployed to the Salesforce app store.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Involved in defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture and ability to drive an independent project from a developer standpoint.
• Optimize Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex Coding, VisualForce) with knowledge of best practices understanding on coding standards, deployment, Apex, Lightning Classic/Web Components, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations.
• Assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications.

Key Requirements for this Role:

• 6+ years of experience in the IT industry and 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Must have experience and knowledge of Lightning Design System using  Lightning Aura and LWC.
• Experience with frontend languages and backend tools for web engineering (Apex, Triggers, Data Loader, Lightning Framework, WebAPIs, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS).
• Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems using SOAP, XML, REST APIs, workflow.
• Experience in writing the SOQL and SOSL queries
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery practices (Salesforce DX)
• Certification experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations is Mandate.
• Experience in Designing of Reports, Dashboards, and Analytic Snapshots, Data Migration using Import Wizard, Workbench and other integration tools like Apex Data Loader.
• Experience in programming languages like C#, and .NET Framework.
• Ability to work and communicate clearly and efficiently with team members, with a strong command of English both written and spoken.
