Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for the user experience of our flagship product. You will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability and usefulness, working with many employees across the company.

• Understand product specifications and user pain points
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Incorporating customer feedback and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Give your opinion on the UI design of the product
• Keep abreast of industry trends

Key Requirements for this Role:

• Should have 6+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer
• Must have experience in any prototyping tool such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Experience conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
