Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels and platforms to proactively source, attract and engage with potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
• Proven ability to source, attract and engage with candidates through various channels and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
