What you’d be doing in this role
As the Technical Project Manager, you will be involved in the full project lifecycle for the next
generation's SaaS platform which enables our teams and clients to streamline activities across all areas of the eLaw. By defining and achieving project goals, releasing plans, implementing key decisions, and providing tactical direction for the teams. This is a truly exciting role, working with client-facing systems, leveraging the very latest technologies.

Project Leadership & Team Management:

• Manage and lead multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Delegate tasks effectively, provide coaching, and foster collaboration.
• Oversee project budget and manage resource allocation.

Project Management Standards & Frameworks:

• Tailor and apply appropriate project management methodologies to meet project requirements and business needs.
• Develop and maintain project frameworks, playbooks, and tools to support project execution and alignment with business cases.
• Manage changes in project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.

Stakeholder Communication & Engagement:

• Build and sustain effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparent reporting on project status, risks, and issues.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and document potential improvements to project management processes, tools, and workflows.
•  Implement improvements to enhance project efficiency.

Agile Practices & Facilitation:

• Propagate agile values and methodologies.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, recommending mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.
• Actively work to remove impediments that prevent progress of the agile team.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze productivity data, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate progress and team performance.
• Prepare regular internal reports, focusing on project health, project budget, status, and areas requiring attention.

Required Qualifications:

• You should have an overall experience of 6+ years.
• 3+ years of prior experience as a Technical Project Manager and 3+ years of experience in software development (Java or Python is an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills and good orientation and understanding of business processes and
  requirements.
• Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and draw
  conclusions.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies such as agile and scrum.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Certifications in project management methodologies such as PMI-ACP and/or PSM certification are good to have.
• Capability to solve complex technical issues and comprehend risks before the circumstance.
• Ability to lead and work to tight deadlines in a changing environment.
• Action-oriented, enthusiastic, analytical, organised and customer-centric.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record supporting the delivery of high-quality products efficiently and effectively.
• Be a self-starter, a problem solver, with a positive attitude and have great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Experience working with onshore/offshore product development teams is a significant plus.
