UI/UX Designer

As our expertise grew, we have built a multicultural team over the world operating in 10 offices that allow us to create creative campaigns that are locally and culturally relevant for each market. Campaygn, our flagship product, provides technology and services to help luxury brands work efficiently with the most creative digital influencers. 

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our product Campaygn.  You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Should have 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
• You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
• Must have experience in any prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
