We are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to help build The Scalers’ brand. Reporting to the Creative Director, working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Dev Teams, you will be responsible for designing and improving the look of The Scalers’ website, landing pages, and digital assets for marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Working on digital marketing projects - website, landing pages, social media, emails, ads.
- UX/UI of website and marketing landing pages.
- Development, support, and maintenance of the design system.
- Executing all designing stages, from concept, storytelling, and wireframes to final hand-off, in an allocated time.
- Developing and improving the brand’s visual language in various digital channels.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create new ideas and concepts, execute marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Partnering with a web developer in terms of projects implementation and development of the prepared design concept.
- Supporting other graphic designers in developing visual assets.
Requirements for the role:
- 3 years of experience in web design and digital channels. Landing pages, website pages, social media, lead catchers, and call-to-actions are no mystery to you.
- Demonstrated knowledge of both graphic design and UX/UI design principles and strategies. Our top criterion is someone who puts the user at the heart of every design decision. We’re looking for someone with the expertise to analyze the current situation and suggest design solutions that help demand generation.
- Mastering communication design principles, including typography, iconography, and grid systems.
- Industry knowledge of mobile-first design principles and responsive design.
- A sharp eye for detail and a love for pixel-perfect designs.
- Experience creating templates and coming up with scalable design solutions.
- Demonstrable knowledge of software: Adobe CC (Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator) and UI/UX design tools.
- Fluent in spoken and written English: we’re an international team, and we communicate in English daily.
- Excited about the idea of being part of the international, multicultural, and diverse culture: Our team is spread between Europe and India, and the multicultural aspect of our company is our strength.
- Willing to travel
- Animation/motion skills will be a plus.
